USEF General Rules govern where applicable in Equistar All Breed classes. Complete USEF Rules can be found at United States Equestrian Federation, Inc. Local and Fun classes that do not fall under descriptions found in the rulebook will be judged according to the Class Description set forth herein. Equistar reserves the final and absolute right to interpret all rules and regulations.
