JUNIOR CATEGORY
The following classes are judged as SHOWMANSHIP classes. Horsemanship and showmanship abilities are judged- including correct diagonals and leads, ability to control horse, and ability to show horse to its best advantage. While the horse is not judged, the horse's response to the rider's aids is part of the judge's consideration. Rider's must wear jodhpurs and jodhpur boots or appropriate western wear with a heeled boot. HELMETS MUST BE WORN BY ALL RIDERS UNDER AGE 18. Vests, ties, and jackets are optional. Academy and Non-Academy riders permitted. Walk/Trot/Canter riders may not enter Walk & Trot classes.

* 17 AND UNDER HUNTER PLEASURE WALK/ TROT/ EXTENDED TROT/ CANTER/ HAND GALLOP/ HALT (ALL BREED)
